Section 58
If the votes are equal, decision by round-robin
: After the counting of votes is completed according to this Act, if the votes received by two or more candidates are equal and the elected candidates cannot be separated, the election officer shall decide by round-robin between the candidates who received equal votes. The candidate selected by the round will be considered to have received one more vote.
